UK & EU Sales Manager – Lighting
Industry leaders in lighting design, and producers of the utmost luxurious lights that are distributed worldwide, require an ambitious UK and European Sales Manager to lead their team.
In addition to managing sales agents and dealers across the UK and EU, you will be required to increase sales across these territories so business development experience expanding into new markets is essential. You will be working very closely with the Managing Director implementing sales strategies, developing new and existing opportunities to ensure sales targets are met. There will be consistent UK and European travel.
Requirements: You must be ambitious and have the vision to make the Sales department thrive and grow under your leadership. You must also be an enthusiastic, organised person with a passion for design and relish in the chance to drive change in a successful luxury, design led company. A minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a similar role in the design sector required, along with strong project management skills and a proven track record managing sales agents and dealers. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is also necessary. French and/or German languages desirable, but not essential.
