We recruit worldwide and span a range of industries, from interior design, private households, private members clubs, fine wine, nutrition, finance, architecture and everything in between. We do also have a temporary recruitment side to the business. We have provided secretarial and administrative temps for years, however we have branched towards the CGI side, as we have a Graphic Designer on our team. We now have a bank of Graphic Designers, CAD and CGI Artists, freelance Photographers, Social Media and Marketing temps. If you are able to give us 24 hours notice, or more if possible, we will endeavour to provide the perfect temp for your business.
Meet The Team
Lana Jeffers, a founding partner remains at the helm. She worked for a famous sports personality as her PA for 2 years in her first job, and then 5 years with a Merchant Banking Group, Hill Samuel, where she managed their Recruitment Advertising and then a 3 office Recruitment Agency. She started Middleton Jeffers in 1975 and is now seeing the children of the candidates she placed all those years ago. Her experience of industry affords her an unmatched understanding of our client’s profile and needs
Chelsea is Canadian, a Psychology graduate and has lived in London for over 8 years. She focusses on the Interior Design division. Prior to this, she studied and worked in Fashion in Italy, Los Angeles, and London, and is now spanning her skills learning the finer techniques of Interior Design while she works for us. She is blessed with a positive and charming temperament which we all love!
Ross joined us in the summer of 2018 and comes from the north of Ireland but is an expert about what is going on in London, where to eat, what to see and hear and not miss! His background is in client services, property and with a leading concierge company, so has an impressive 6 years dealing with HNW clients. He speaks French, loves to read and is an avid skier. Much to all our delight he is infectiously enthusiastic and upbeat which makes for a happy day.
Millie is the third fabulous person from Oxford Media & Business School to join us as Office Manager and the newest member of our team. She has super skills and an impressive work ethic. Millie is a country girl at heart who has travelled the world during her gap year but enjoys being in London and involved in the interior design recruitment side of our business. She is a wonderful cook and loves fashion so adds youth and style to our office.
