We recruit worldwide and span a range of industries, from interior design, private households, private members clubs, fine wine, nutrition, finance, architecture and everything in between. Repeat business and referrals means we are always busy and aim to place people into jobs that they look forward to being at each day.
We do also have a temporary recruitment side to the business. We have provided secretarial and administrative temps for years, however we have branched towards the CGI side, as we have a Graphic Designer on our team. We now have a bank of Graphic Designers, CAD and CGI Artists, freelance Photographers, Social Media and Marketing temps. If you are able to give us 24 hours notice, or more if possible, we will endeavour to provide the perfect temp for your business.

Lana Jeffers
Director
Lana Jeffers, a founding partner remains at the helm. She worked for a famous sports personality as her PA for 2 years in her first job, and then 5 years with a Merchant Banking Group, Hill Samuel, where she managed their Recruitment Advertising and then a 3 office Recruitment Agency. She started Middleton Jeffers in 1975 and is now seeing the children of the candidates she placed all those years ago. Her experience of industry affords her an unmatched understanding of our client’s profile and needs

Lindsay joined us in 2023 but over many years has been both our candidate and client. She holds a BA (Hons) from Brighton University in Fashion/Textiles with Business Studies.
She has worked in virtually every aspect of Interior Design and knows the industry better than most. She is an accomplished Picture Framer and is passionate about the ID arena.
