This includes, communicating with A&D clients, processing enquiries, order management, coordinating day to day with the production team, processing orders and quotes, sending out sample requests, and more, all whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times. To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, be meticulous to organisation with a high attention to detail, a clear communicator, have a high level of numeracy, with excellent time keeping and the ability to meet deadlines.
