Liv-ex, the global marketplace for the wine trade, seeks an inquisitive, hands-on individual to work closely with their Head of Automation to support their customers who have connected to their web services. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who wants to take ownership in particular of Customer Technical Support and drive it to the next level. Key responsibilities include delivering an excellent customer service experience and assisting with customer troubleshooting and other issues therefore, your technical understanding must be exemplary. The successful candidate could be an IT graduate and who knows SQL and understands APIs and be a team player with excellent management skills. A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a relevant role is required. Must be eligible to work in the UK and speak and write absolutely fluent English.
