A leading interiors company specialising in producing bespoke carpets and rugs at an international level need a driven Studio Manager to join their lovely team. This long-established, family run business has been working at the top end of the market for years and continues to thrive. Working closely with the Head of Global Projects, this role is varied and dynamic with wide ranging responsibilities.

The successful candidate will possess an array of skills and be highly organised, self-motivated, approachable and helpful, with the ability to quickly establish relationships with others at all levels, and assist with numerous high-level projects.  The main aspects of this role include: project management (delivering a seamless service to clients whilst managing large, complex projects and installations, establishing detailed timelines), office management (IT, building maintenance, being the main keyholder, ensuring the office and showroom look presentable at all times), and support the Head of Business Development (PA duties, client liaison, raising quotes and invoices, making travel arrangements).

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (interior design sector preferred but not essential), project management experience required, as is financial understanding of project costs and budgets; you must be highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and have proficiency in Mac, MS Excel and preferably Adobe programs. Impeccable communication and presentation skills with fluency in English is essential and the willingness to turn a hand to anything and be invested in driving growth within the company crucial. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
