An experienced site sales person is sought for a leading Estate Agent to sell 2,3 and 4 bed striking new houses in what is a unique development outside Aylesbury. Starting at the end of May you will carry out viewings, handling daily applicant calls and visits to the marketing suite, follow sales through to exchange and  completion and ensuring good client liaising at all times. You must be an excellent communicator with a strong ability to influence as well as extensive experience in on-site sales, Help to Buy and Part Exchange procedures. Good IT skills, reliability and someone who can use their own initiative is imperative. This is a contract role for one year – 18 months, days are Thursday to Monday. There is commission on the completion of plots. THIS COULD BE A JOB SHARE.
