Designers and makers of uniquely striped runners, rugs and fabrics in natural fibres are looking for a Sales Consultant for their Chelsea showroom.  Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate must be highly numerate and unphased by calculating square footage and looking at plans.  You will deal with everybody from high-end interior designers to fitters to retail clients in person, over the phone and via email, so you must be smartly presented, down to earth and extremely personable.  Although the role is mainly showroom based, you will attend appointments in London with existing and future clients in order to expand the company’s network – a driving licence would come in handy, though this is not essential.  Hours are Monday to Friday 09:30 – 17:30 with 1 in 3 Saturdays a month (with a day off in lieu).  A degree in textiles would be an advantage.  Extensive training will be provided, so flooring and rug experience is not a necessity, but it goes without saying that a love of colour and a passion for design and creativity are a must!
