Makers of beautifully designed sofas, armchairs, footstools and living room accessories are looking for a Sales Associate to join the team at their flagship showroom in Fulham.  You will be the face of the company, so strong interpersonal skills, great telephone manner and enthusiasm for helping the customer are key to the role.  You will attend to customer queries and build customer relationships that will result in repeat orders and referrals on the telephone, via email and through social media channels.  A keen interest in interiors and/or design is required.  You’ll be part of a small team with big ambitions.  The role will require weekend and evening working as part of a retail rota system (with 2 days off in lieu). £20k-£24k depending on experience + £4k team bonus, paid annually
