You will need to be a brilliant communicator who gets on with everyone, used to deadline, are extraordinarily well organised and understand CAD/ floor plans and Elevations with a very close eye for details. 5+ years experience essential  in the ID world. Stamina and able to eat up work is vital. Lots of travel.
