You must be confident in running projects from the start to completion and be experienced at managing a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in high-end residential design and be proficient in Autocad/Adobe/SketchUp and Estimac. It goes without saying that you must be immaculately presented with clear written and spoken English.
