A new and exciting role has opened up with a fabulous rug dealer based in Chelsea.  This successful company wishes to recruit a motivated, dynamic and willing Sales and Marketing Assistant to join its growing team.  Based in the shop, you will need to balance this mainly administrative role with client-facing aspects so you must be well spoken, articulate and above all polished and a good communicator as, at times, you will be meeting & greeting and selling to clients.  You will also be required to attend trade fairs and events in the UK and abroad whilst providing ad hoc support where required – from updating social media outlets and the website to creating e-newsletters and liaising with the PR agents in London and New York.  Business experience is required for this role, although there will be training provided, and an interest in design and creativity is certainly advantageous.  You must be a good team player and keen to develop yourself as the company grows.
