A family owned luxury lighting company that has built an enviable international reputation in the design industry need a driven Sales Administrator to support their team. Working within a fast-paced commercial environment, the successful candidate will be expected to help to expand their existing customer base, seek and open up new sales channels as well as follow up with incoming sales enquiries, liaise with new leads, customers, agents and distributors. In addition to this, duties include processing and following up on quotes and proforma’s, liaise with agents on orders, ensure the CRM is kept up to date, and deliver outstanding customer service to their clients via phone, email and in person.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, great interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities, good project management skills and an excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. Fluency in a European language a bonus, but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to work with some of the industries finest in a progressive design-led company. There is a bonus scheme and early finishes on Friday at 1pm.
