Confident and personable Recruitment Consultant required to join a small, established team in a London based recruitment agency.  Experience in Recruitment/High End Sales or Hospitality would be beneficial, but not essential as training can be given. Applicants must have excellent people skills and be able to establish positive working relationships with candidates, whilst meeting the expectations of existing and new clients, acting as brand ambassadors and working with a conscientious approach.  A discreet, well-spoken and self-motivated individual is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to Interview applicants, create full portfolios and match skill sets with client expectations, using a number of different tools to seek suitable candidates.  Good command of the English language, perfect spelling and grammar essential, along with a professional phone manner.  Prioritising and organising a busy desk, working with an efficient and thorough approach.  Position highly recommended by previous employee of 3 years. Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm with some flexibility during busier periods.  Salary dependent on experience. Candidates must be prepared to commit to the role on a long term basis.
