Property Acquisition Manager
A property acquisition manager is required to find suitable sites/projects for this private property company to develop or invest in and to add substantial value to maximise profits. An acquisition manager is not required to find the finance to fund the projects but is expected to be able to prove that the project is viable and works financially for both the equity shareholders and the company. The acquisition manager needs to know all the major LONDON AGENTS by name and contact, both commercial and residential, for “off market opportunities” and “comps”. The acquisition manager needs to have good IT skills and be able to put together spreadsheets and viability statements for the projects.
The acquisition manager needs to be able to source good “comps” from his/her residential contacts to underpin his/her GDVs. The acquisition manager must be able to present an illustrated promotional document on each project to send out to banks and high net worth individuals. Necessary to have good knowledge of London public transport system if own transport not available.
