Private Dining and Bedroom Co-ordinator
One of the UK’s most prestigious private members club seeks a hardworking and enthusiastic Private Dining and Bedroom Co-ordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the Assistant Secretary and Club Secretary, key responsibilities include; overseeing the occupation of the bedrooms, taking private bookings and liaising with said clients, preparing and organising private party details, liaising with third party suppliers (such as florists, DJs) and other high-importance administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be friendly, sociable and helpful and able to remain well-mannered and extremely organised under pressure. Exemplary spoken and written English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, Microsoft) are required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry (a non-negotiable) and a passion for/ interest in the arts/ events/ hospitality industries. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
