PA/Office Manager needed for a property and investment management company in Marylebone. Their key sectors are retail and office buildings predominantly in Switzerland, France and the UK. Duties will include providing personal assistance for the Director – taking calls, booking meetings, making travel arrangements, expenses and more. You will be assist with correspondence – typing letters, working on presentations and managing and updating their client database. Office management is approx. 60% of the role and for that you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls for the 3 companies housed in the office. You will also be required to order office supplies, distribute post and deal with any adhoc requests. Great hours, 09:00 – 17:30 and small and friendly team of approx. 7. Would suit someone with at least 1 year’s administrative experience, good IT skills and the ability to work independently, as some days it may be a full house, but on others you may be required to work alone.
