PA to Directors – Architecture
Leading architecture practice with an inviable reputation for excellence is seeking a driven and proactive PA to join their stunning offices in W12. Supporting 2 Directors, the PA will be responsible in ensuring their jobs can be done smoothly with a reliable pair of hands backing them.
Duties include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative assistance
- Diary management including prioritising meetings and meeting attendees
- Acting as a first point of contact – handling and fielding calls, incoming and outgoing emails, and post
- Managing the Practice calendar/diary
- Organising internal and external meetings including CPD (Continuous Professional Development) sessions
- Preparing and editing correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and other documents as necessary
- Conducting research into various suppliers (including insurance, stationery and travel consultants)
- Arranging travel itineraries and any necessary reservations for both national and international travel
- Client liaison as required
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role, be educated to the degree level (or equivalent), be proficient in MS Office, a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, with a ‘can do’ attitude. They must also have an understanding and appreciation for discretion and confidentiality. Having worked in the creative/design/art/architecture sectors previously is desirable.
