A third-generation family business set up over 70 years ago that specialises in hand-made, top quality upholstered furniture needs an ambitious Operations Manager to join their West London team. They work with industry leaders, many top interior designers as well as individuals worldwide.

As Operations Manager, you will be based at their lovely 2,000 sq ft showroom in Fulham (with their workshop on the ground floor). This role is an integral part of their growing business and it is a varied, and interesting role. You will oversee the day to day smooth running of the workshop, liaise with designers and fabric houses, organise workflow, discuss orders with clients and help to push sales figures.

To be considered for this role, experience in a similar role is essential (interiors/design sectors preferred), and be a self-starter with plenty of imitative. Knowledge of Instagram and social media is a bonus for marketing purposes. There is huge opportunity to grow and progress within the role.
