A leading London based tutoring and education company need an Office Manager to join their team in West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team and all financial elements of the business as well as general office administration. You will be required to be the first point of contact when people call, generate and chase invoices and ensure client accounts are in good order. Bookkeeping/accounting experience desirable but not required, as you will be trained. An excellent phone manner, strong eye for detail and superb organisational skills are essential. This is a fantastic entry level job for a recent grad or someone with 1 or 2 years office management experience, with an interest in the education sector. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm.
