Office Administrator/PA ā Interior Design
A leading Interior Design practice based in South West London now need a Office Administrator/PA to join their team of 20 to help organise and coordinate office operations and procedures. You will be responsible for providing general support to the directors and design team, keeping on top of company marketing strategies, updating the company twitter feed daily, and other general office management duties. This role will suit someone with good knowledge of office management systems, who has excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. You must have perfect written and spoken English and be proficient in MS Office, plus a knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign would be a bonus. Hours 9:00am to 5:30pm
