Office Administrator – Procurement Specialists, Consultants & Project Managers
A successful procurement, logistics and consultancy businesses requires a bright Office Junior to join their team at their Kensington HQ. Clients and customers include governments, major donor funding agencies, multinational businesses, construction and industrial groups, as well as small to medium sized businesses and individuals. The role will suit somebody who is happy to role up their sleeves and get in stuck in with everything from PA duties/general administration to buying. You will be raising enquiries, sourcing products, placing orders, making advance payments, mediating between suppliers and clients, obtaining quotations and more. Buying experience would be a bonus, but is not a prerequisite, providing you’re willing to learning the ropes. PA duties will include arranging travel for the Chairman and general admin tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly presentable with fluent written and spoken English.
