A small fabric and wallpaper company, based in Gloucestershire, wants to recruit a candidate who will become an integral part of the team. Our client produces beautiful fabrics and wallpapers using traditional hand-printing techniques, creating stunning, bold and innovative designs. It is essential for the right candidate to have a fabric and wallpaper background and a good all-round understanding of the interiors market. You will have experience working in a sales and marketing role and, importantly, of product development. The role will see the candidate working closely with the MD, predicting what the future will hold for certain designs, what will be popular with consumers. This is an exciting role for someone with business acumen who wants to grow a small company and assist the MD in defining the direction of business over the next 5 years. You must be extremely self-motivated with a flare for driving sales and pushing the company forward.
