They have an enviable reputation and now need to find someone to lead the company who has a long history in the interior design arena, who can take responsibility for the commercial side of the business and has a proven sales background and is able to get their hand on the tiller and run the show. An impressive knowledge of the luxury market (fabrics and upholstery) will be essential as is a proven background in managing people. This job is for someone who is eloquent, personable and very presentable who is able to communicate well and can bring strategic vision to this company. A knowledge of SAGE and of distribution methods and pricing structures will be essential too.
