World class stone specialists require a Saturday Showroom Assistant to work as a member of the team at their stunning, luxury showroom in Chelsea.  The ideal candidate will be well-presented, personable, enjoy dealing with customers and able to demonstrate a high level of common sense and professionalism, as well as being fully computer literate (Microsoft Navision Dynamics experience is a plus, although they would train you).  Main duties will include welcoming clients in a polite and friendly manner, answering the phone and taking messages, dealing with postal requirements, assisting with sample requests and stock take, merchandising, managing the footfall spreadsheet, maintaining filing systems, team diary management, occasional travel requirements and running ad-hoc errands for management.  Hours of work 10:00 – 16:00 every Saturday ONLY.  You will be required to arrive 10 minutes prior to the showroom opening time to ensure that everything is in order for the day.
