A leading Estate Agent has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join their team as a lettings negotiator.  They are not your typical estate agency, in short personality is key, they are looking for someone who will perform well within their team and most of all enjoy being at work.  As a lettings negotiator you will be directly responsible for helping prospective tenants to find a new home. The turnaround is extremely quick so organisation and attention to detail are key attributes required for the role. No two days will be the same and a lot of your time will be spent out and about with clients so the job is definitely not one where you will be sitting watching the clock.  They are looking for someone who will be a great representative of the company; not only in terms of being professional and well-presented but also with a sense of humour who will be able to strike up a great rapport with their clients making them feel at ease.
