An award winning interior design studio whose work encompasses luxury based projects from yachts, aviation and architecture in the UK and internationally, are now recruiting for an experienced Interior Designer/Decorator to join their team.

This role requires the highest expertise and experience, with the greatest understanding and knowledge for the interiors, architecture and design world. You will be required to prepare and implement decorative schemes including image and sample boards. Present decorative schemes to Clients, and take records/notes and comments and obtain approvals. Attend Client meetings as required with the Team Leaders approval. Liaise with the Merchandising Co-ordinators within the team regarding specification, budget and procurement. You will also liaise with the Clients team regarding installation of projects and this will include styling of the projects prior to the handover to the Client. You will work with the Designers and Project Managers to review and report on all project requirements and assist with pitch and concept work.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in high-end residential or yacht interior design. You will have an excellent portfolio of work showcasing luxury projects from conception to completion. For this role you will have Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite and well as hand sketching skills. As an experienced and qualified Interior Designer you will have strong design awareness and the ability to interpret design sketches.  You will be highly motivated with exceptional communication skills and have the experience of working in a creative and busy environment. Within this role you will need to be able to work as part of the project team but also be able to work independently.
