A property holding and maintenance company with high end residential properties in London, Kent and Paris urgently need a very experienced person to supervise refurbishment projects. Key responsibilities include client liaison, working up schemes from a brief, furniture layouts, sourcing, ordering and following through jobs to completion. A large part of the job will be visiting properties and liaising with housekeepers to arrange repairs and replacements.

This job requires someone with extensive experience who has expertise in getting things done at speed. This job is only for someone who has worked for a leading UK Interior Designer for a few years. Perfect written and spoken English. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
