Excellent communication ability on the telephone and face to face along with sound computer literacy, Excel, Outlook and internet skills will equip you well here. Language skills (French or Mandarin) would be a bonus as would an interest in wine. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you are very well organised and can manage a large work-load.
