A very well established and top Interior Design Showroom based in Chelsea, are looking for an experienced General Manager to join their team. The company works on beautiful high-end residential projects and sell stunning Antiques, Fabrics, Wallpapers, Furniture, Lighting, Cushions, Lampshades and Accessories.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running and operations of the Showroom and its team. Ensuring staffed and trained accordingly and clients are looked after with brand-appropriate care and service. It is essential the Showroom is always presented on brand as well as guaranteeing exceptional client care. The General Manager will be responsible for the sales plan in the showroom, whilst establishing team and individual targets. Reporting to senior management, the candidate would be responsible for collating daily, weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports ensuring that the business performance expectations are met or exceeded.
This role is for someone who has previous team leadership and management experience. Someone extroverted, well-mannered, polite and able to interact in a professional manner with colleagues and clients from all walks of life. Superior IT skills with a focus on Apple and Microsoft programmes are essential.
Monday – Friday 9:30 – 5:30.
