Chelsea based privately owned residential property and development company need to find a finance specialist with relevant property development experience, as well as time spent in senior management.  You must be able to work to TB, prepare payroll, produce monthly MACs statements, develop cash flow systems and communicate with all the stakeholders.  You will run bank recs/forecasts, prepare/develop business models and project forecasts to raise external funding, target banks, fund managers, private equity, sovereign wealth, insurance companies and other sources to fund development projects. Excellent negotiating skills are paramount as is confidence, good decision making and the ability to work under pressure. Must have gravitas and be highly presentable.
