A world-renowned, premier supplier of whiskies, spirits and wines are looking for a bright and motivated Show Coordinator to join their events team. Reporting to the Events Manager, you will support in the organisation and execution of all flagship shows for the company around the UK. Key deliverables for this role are: compliance with health and safety, exhibitor liaison, supplier liaison, onsite event management and show collateral design. The successful candidate must be meticulously organised and enjoy event logistics. At least 6 years’ experience in a similar role is required as well as project management and price negotiation skills. The ability to multi-task under time pressures, think strategically, and have impeccable written and verbal skills are crucial. Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with strong numeracy is required. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am- 6pm, with great flexibility to meet business needs.
