Our private property client  is  looking for someone to raise debt and equity finance to acquire and develop residential property sites. This person should have excellent contacts and be able to raise funds amongst high net worth individuals and mainstream debt lenders.  They should also have a good working knowledge of crowd funding and other newer funding systems. The applicant should have a background in corporate finance or at the very least a background in finance at a leading commercial agency.
