Customer Support Administrator needed for an extremely successful manufacturer of high quality wireless communications systems used in the retail, restaurant and healthcare sectors.  Based in Chelsea, you will be taking customer service calls, allocating field engineers, processing and managing UK installations, preparing quotations and invoices and compiling service reports.  Customer service experience (over the phone and via email) is essential, as is a confident and polite phone manner.  You will need to be competent in Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to work on projects simultaneously.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company, where you’ll be an integral part of a busy team.  Hours are 08:30 – 17:30.  Private healthcare and pension offered after 3 months.
