Customer Service – Interiors
Our client designs beautiful bespoke furniture, with collections ranging from contemporary to classic. Products are crafted in their very own factory using traditional methods. They are in need of a Customer Services advisor, based in their West London HQ/Showroom. The successful candidate will be working alongside the showroom and office-based teams to deliver exceptional customer service to their clients. You will be assisting with incoming aftersales and general enquiries via email, phone and online chat, so having a friendly manner, patience and the ability to form business relationships are essential. Other responsibilities include compiling weekly and monthly service reports, liaising with internal and external teams, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and complying with all statutory and company regulations. This role requires someone with experience in a similar role, with understanding of ID systems, good working knowledge of MS Office and excellent written and spoken English. A passion for the interiors sector and experience of Zendesk desirable.
