Customer Service Administrator – Digital
A progressive international manufacturer of high-quality wireless communication systems is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team in Chelsea. You will be required to process and manage incoming service requests from clients, manage orders, oversee repairs, and general office administration. The team is made up of Operations, Marketing and Finance specialists, and everything from manufacturing to marketing and sales are managed from the premises. This job will suit someone who can commute to SW10 with ease, is confident on the phone, polite and very competent on MS Office. Must have previous customer service experience to apply for this role. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm + Private Healthcare.
