The Client Services Consultant will develop their skills and build experience in a fast paced environment, based in their Battersea office. You will liasise with clients whilst providing unrivaled customer service, and contribute to research in one of the most complex education environments in the world. You will be responsible for building relationships with parents and tutors, collaborating with charities, planning events, discussing their range of servies and updating and recording data.The successful candidate must be a confident comminucator with excellent phone manner, organised, a strategic thinkier and also to switch between tasks with ease – from both internal and external requests.
