Client Liaison – Logistics (Interiors)
A recognised leader in designing custom carpet and rugs for the interior design market, this company continues to explore new innovative ideas delivering an outstanding product every time. The Client Liaison role is a new role in the Logistics Department and will require skills and confidence in dealing with client demands and handling installers in person and over the phone/email. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills as you will be managing multiple carpet deliveries around the world at one time, ensuring accuracy with deadlines. Other duties include liaising with processing teams in the UK and US to maintain order schedules, communication with Account Managers regarding their orders, and delivering reports to the Senior Leadership Team. You will be speaking with people on all levels (from export teams to interior designers) so strong communication skills are vital, as if knowledge of MS Excel; Zero/Quickbooks desirable but not essential. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30am-6pm.
