An experienced administrator, preferably in the UK higher education sector, is urgently sought to work in a temporary capacity for the Provost.

Based in their stunning west London campus, you will be responsible for a wide range of general administrative duties and support in the day-to-day running of the office. Duties include: arranging meeting, lectures, dinners, fund-raising, booking travel and hotels, organising gala dinner and lunch and much more. You must be an excellent communicator and problem solver, numerate and literate as well as proficient in Microsoft Office. A university graduate or equivalent work experience is essential. Initially this is a temporary role but the job will be filled permanently.
