Private equity advisory firm with stunning offices in Mayfair need an Assistant Receptionist to provide day to day administrative support to the London team and assistance to the Front of House Receptionist. Main responsibilities include answering the telephone, transferring calls, keeping the stationery cupboard stocked and filing and sending out documents. You will also be required to book taxis, manage the meeting room diary, make tea and coffee when requested and ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are kept neat and tidy. The ideal candidate will be full of personality, have a can do attitude and be proactive and positive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a first or second jobber to join a friendly and dynamic team. Hours: 10:30 – 19:00.
