Liv-ex operates a business to business electronic wine-trading platform, charging a commission on each transaction, and provides data and logistics services to support the fine wine trade. Liv-ex are now looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual to work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of the finance and accounts processes. This job is for someone who wants to become an accountant and probably hoping to study for ACCA. This is a many faceted job for someone with a basic understanding of bookkeeping, payables, receivables, general ledger and possesses. Strong MS Office and good Excel is essential as well as good problem solving skills. As so many clients are French, an ability in this language would be a bonus.
