Upmarket and international estate agents need a Sales PA with at least 3 years property experience to join their team in Chelsea.  The ability to multitask is key, because as well as organising diaries, viewings and tours, you will be responsible for creating brochures, coordinating advertising and marketing initiatives, general office admin and keeping the applicant/client database up to date using RPS.  A mature working attitude is essential, as you will be working closely with the Chairman on day to day matters.  Goes without saying that you must be extremely organised, well presented, have a high standard of literacy and an excellent telephone manner.
