The role of Operations Manager is a pivotal role in the growth of this luxurious fabric company with showrooms around the world and selling what is acknowledged to be the most beautiful fabrics. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the Production team along with all operations functions both in London and abroad. You will lead on many projects from product launches to exhibitions, helping develop new collections, help to tackle complex problems and become a crucial member of the management team. Streamlining activity and helping to drive up performance and quality will be key areas to transform and move forward. You need a strategic mind set, with obvious leadership qualities. This is a job that will lead to a place on the Board and will be key to streamlining the company and ensuring greater efficiency to cope with the expansion.
