Experienced Retail Manager required for an established shooting and country clothing company in St James’s selling an extensive range of essential gun accessories, outdoor attire and gifts with a lengthy list of distinguished clients. You will be responsible for every aspect of the day to day supervision of sales, staff, stock and resources. You will have knowledge of UK regulations concerning goods sold and ensure that the cash register (EPOS) is being used correctly and all transactions are recorded correctly. Responsibility is key, as you will be in charge of opening and closing procedures, activating, de-activating and delegating of alarm systems and acting as the out of hours keyholder. As well as the above, the following will be included in the role – buying-supplier relations-sourcing new suppliers-merchandising-running and attending internal and external evens (COUNTRYSIDE experience would be ideal)
