An exciting opportunity has arisen for a switched on and confident Assistant Retail Manager to join one of the leading gentlemen outfitters for hunting, shooting and formal wear in London suitable for ladies and gentlemen. Retail experience in menswear is an absolute must and as well as experience of stock systems such as Brightpearl. Responsibilities include ordering stock, managing stock control, processing online orders, providing customers with product information, overseeing a small team of sales assistants and assisting the Manager in the day to day duties of running the shop and ecommerce website. An interest in traditional menswear, the English social and sporting seasons and some understanding of alteration and formalwear etiquette would be advantageous. The role offers real potential for career progression both in terms of professional development as well as salary. Applicants must be English speaking.  Knowledge of Brightpearl & Magneto software is preferable.
