A premiere bath and kitchen design brand seeks a Sales Support Specialist to join their London team. This is an exciting career growth opportunity for someone with previous project management experience (3+ years) to work with a globally established, luxury interiors brand.

The role will own the client experience from order placement through to shipment, and will partner with the Showroom General Manager and Sales Team to achieve maximum profitability. Other showroom operational responsibilities include receiving/ sending shipments, inventory transfers, processing refunds.

The right candidate will have a passion for design, a customer-centric approach to conducting day-to-day business, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, showroom environment. Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills are essential.
