Expanding  property and design consultancy based in the heart of Chelsea wishes to recruit an Architectural Technician to their team.  With projects in the pipeline spanning the next five years, this exceptional and highly respected company go the extra mile to produce high-spec creations with faultless, picture-perfect finishes.  This exciting new role requires a Part 11 Architectural Technician with brilliant joinery design/drawing experience gained, ideally, over 3+ years working in the high end residential sector in central London.  The role will see the candidate splitting their time between joinery packages and general architectural drawings.  As a result the successful individual will need to possess an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy – they also need to be organised and willing to roll their sleeves up and muck in with the rest of their team.  Fluent English and AutoCAD is essential.
