An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fantastic, high end property and design consultancy.  They are the crème de la crème in their sector and only work on residential properties where projects involve them providing services to the highest specification.  This prestigious company offers the full range of services which include architecture, interior design, planning & project management to provide a Rolls-Royce, luxury service for their clients.  They are looking for a Commercial Manager/Purchasing Manager; this is a senior role and you will be reporting to the Head of Finance and the two co-MD’s.  The purpose of the role, in short, is to widen the supplier base, negotiate discounts and achieve the best-price sourcing of goods and materials.  The successful candidate with have 5yrs relevant experience and will ideally be a RICS qualified surveyor with an exceptional knowledge of budgeting and sourcing and above all they must be proficient in managing high-end projects where outstanding design and perfect finish is required.  They are looking for an organised individual who is not afraid of getting stuck in at the deep end, with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
