With  c5 years’ experience that includes project management, good sketching and drawing ability all will help you to be a valuable member of this team.  Personal presentation should be excellent in addition to a very good education and relevant qualifications/degree. Fluency in another European language will be helpful and the ability to drive is a must, as will flexibility to travel at short notice. You must understand plans, be able to put an estimate together and run a job!
