Part-Time Admin Assistant – Interior Design
Handmade lacquer furniture and accessories designer need a Part-Time Admin Assistant for 2 days a week (ideally Mondays & Wednesdays) to join their small, rapidly growing business in Chelsea. All products are handmade by their by skilled craftsmen in Saigon and renowned designers in London and New York. The main duties will include directly assisting the founder, be client facing – assisting in sales, setting up appointments, helping the operations manager with warehouse orders in New York and London, monitoring inventory levels, deliveries and shipping The ideal candidate will have office administration experience, possibly a secretarial qualification, good knowledge of MS Office, terrific telephone manner and be social media savvy.
