An Award winning modern, luxury interior designer is looking for a Showroom Orders Assistant to join their team. They will be a key connection point between the showroom sales team, the back-of-house logistics team and our distributors/warehouses. They will oversee the facilitation of orders from the warehouse into the hands of the customers and will be pivotal members of the team in ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained for clients who have made an order. This role will also help in overseeing any client aftercare.

Successful candidates will be extremely organised, detail-oriented, a clear communicator and able to summarise information succinctly. They will be interested in high-quality, luxury interiors, and enjoy ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have had some experience in client engagement, particularly over email and by phone, and will be confident in dealing with client queries and complaints.

This is a permanent role, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.
